CANCELATION POLICY .

Appointments:

A $50 deposit is required to schedule an appointment and the deposit will be deducted off your procedure after it’s complete.

For new clients:

Please arrive 15 min prior your appointment to fill out paper work.

Cancellation Policy:

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment.

If you fail to cancel within the 48 hrs the deposit becomes non-refundable & an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment.

Any refunds will be charged a 5% fee of the procedures value

Rescheduling & Late Policy:

*if you are more than 10 min late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule.

*if you choose to reschedule, a minimum 48 hrs notice is required or deposit becomes

non-refundable.

*if you don’t reschedule you will lose your deposit & other future appointments will require another $50 deposit to secure your appointment.

NO SHOW Policy:

Any client that does NOT show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit & will be required to pay for another future appointments in full.

So we can provide the best quality work & service we ask you to please,

NO children or babies allowed, as much as we love them we have a very limited space and we can’t be responsible for them if they are left alone.
